Normally our repairs take 24 hours after we receive the item but sometime, it can take up-to 2-5 working days based on the complication of the repair. 

How to send your phone or tablet for repair?

1. Purchase the related phone problem and include your purchase id inside the package . Click this here how to purchase repair?

2. On the delivery section please select the delivery option to get your item back from us after the repair is competed.

3. Send the parcel to us using the postal service of your choice.

4. If it is urgent please mark as urgent on the parcel, so that we may easily identify it when it arrives .

5. Package your phone very carefully to avoid any damage during transit .

What happens after you ship your item to us?

1. Item gets delivered to our address. We then update on our system that item has arrived and we are processing the repair. 

2. We then check and match the order with our online system.

3. Every item is Pre-evaluated to check the correct repair is purchased. And during pre-evalution the pictures and videos are taken to ensure the condition of the phone/tablet/electronics gadgets for quality assurance purpose. 

4. Then the items are passed to our Engineers for repair. 

5. After the repair our phone and tablet testing expert team test each phone thoroughly, to make sure non fault is found.  And then the item is handed over to our shipping.  

6. Our shipping team pack each parcel securely with bubble wraps to avoid any damage during transit. 

What happens once we shipped your parcel to you?
